The Road to Bahia

We are taking a break from the city life of São Paulo, and maybe the protesting, and headed to the state of Bahia. Driving. Yes today, we – myself, my husband, a five-year-old and a maltese – are loading up the car and hitting the road. Our round-trip path will take us through Minas Gerias as well as Espírito Santo. We’ll be making a number of stops along the way and I’ll keep you updated on our adventure at all the interesting points – if not always via this blog, by twitter (@BornAgainBrazil) and FB (

Wish us luck!

About bornagainbrazilian

Having relocated from New York City to Sao Paulo, Brazil, I'm an expat attempting to broaden my horizons and adjust some of my American ways to be "born again" a Brazilian.
